SENCO trained, I have significant experience working with children who have experienced trauma, have sensory learning needs or find accessing the curriculum difficult. I have a proven track record of increasing wellbeing and attainment through outdoor learning.

I offer support to schools, organisations, individuals & families to deliver high quality Outdoor Learning.

Outdoor learning is an active, healthy, exciting approach to learning.

I am an experienced Primary school teacher, Special Educational Needs professional and Outdoor Learning expert, based in Stroud, serving the Gloucestershire area.

My expertise and leadership in designing and delivering outdoor learning environments and programmes incorporating food growing, outdoor wilderness skills and play to schools has earned national awards and special recognition from Ofsted.

I offer support with training, advice on developing outdoor areas, risk assessments, planning and delivery of programmes, connecting with local and national initiatives and, importantly, access to funding streams.

The values of equality, inclusion and respect underpin all that I do. I champion the environment we live in, the people I work with and the communities I belong to.

I build on children’s natural curiosity and understanding about the way things work to enhance relationships with themselves and others, through sustainable, nature connected, fun activities.
